The STACKIT TI-Messenger makes it possible to network all healthcare providers. It works like WhatsApp but is more secure and 100% privacy compliant. In addition, with TI-M you can transfer even large amounts of data efficiently. The messenger was developed by gematik (National Agency for Digital Medicine).

Since the messenger is integrated into the telematics infrastructure, all service providers can be networked with each other – in compliance with data protection and securely. In the next expansion stage, seamless communication with health insurance companies and patients should also be possible. In addition, gematik plans to integrate TI-M into the electronic patient record (ePA) by the beginning of 2025. This will then enable secure communication between doctors, nurses and patients.
