This innovative feature allows employees to interact with document (collections) in a natural way. Thanks to advanced AI and NLP (Natural Language Processing) technologies, employees can ask questions, retrieve information and obtain specific content from a variety of documents without having to manually search for the relevant information. The AI assistant understands the context of the queries.
The AI assistant searches secured data sources such as internal databases, official documents, legal regulations and trustworthy external sources for relevant information.
Advanced functions
The AI assistant supports precise translations in up to 40 languages. This not only facilitates collaboration between employees from different language backgrounds, but also improves service for a diverse citizenry.
Texts are automatically generated in different languages. This includes reports, minutes and much more. The generated texts are adapted to the specific work context and target group. They also contain references to the underlying sources.
The AI assistant converts audio and video files in various languages into text. Time markers and speaker identification make it easier to navigate and reference transcripts.
Planned functions
The AI Assistant has been designed by users since the beginning in order to map the specific needs and contexts in public administration. To this end, it is constantly being expanded to include new functions that already incorporate multiple user experiences from the beta version. In addition to surveys, feedback can be provided directly from the AI Assistant. There is also a community with user meetings and networking opportunities. Thanks to the large amount of user-specific feedback, improvements and innovations can be implemented quickly. Application dashboard
The AI assistant dashboard is clear and user-friendly. It provides orientation when you first log in and allows you to upload documents directly for further use. A knowledge database provides access to relevant documents. In the “Workbook” section, functions of the assistant can be provided with background information such as role and task descriptions or legal frameworks.
