Purpose of the data processing and legal basis
Personal information which you provide when filling out the contact form, via telephone, or by mail will, of course, be treated confidentially. We use your data solely for the specific purpose of processing your inquiry. The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 (1) lit. a) GDPR. The legitimate interest of Schwarz IT KG here results from the interest to answer the inquiries of our visitors to this website and to maintain and promote the satisfaction of visitors to the site and customers, as well as business partners.

If you transmit personal data to us as part of the contact opportunities in the course of a contract initiation, then Art. 6 (1) lit. b) GDPR is the legal basis for data processing.

Recipient/Categories of recipients
As a basic principle we do not pass on data to third parties outside of Schwarz IT KG. As an exception, data will be processed by data processing companies on our account. These are, in each case, carefully selected, and are also audited by us and contractually obligated in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.

Storage period / Criteria for determining the storage period:
All personal information which you provide us via the contact opportunities will be deleted by us after 90 days. Personal data which you send us within the scope of a contract initiation will be deleted after 12 years at the latest.

3. What data do we process during a visit to this website?

When visiting this website log files are created with the following content:

  • The transferred data volume;

Your data will be disclosed / transmitted to RZ Management as part of the data processing within Schwarz IT KG. Insofar as Google or other technical service providers access the data for support purposes, these order processing contracts pursuant to Art. 28 DSGVO are concluded.

Storage duration / criteria for determining storage duration:

The data sent by us and linked to cookies, user IDs (eg user ID) or advertising IDs will be automatically deleted after 14 months. The deletion of data whose retention period has been reached is done automatically once a month.

6. Your rights as the data subject

You have the right, according to Art. 15 (1) GDPR, upon request, to obtain information, free of charge, regarding your personal data stored by Schwarz IT KG.

In addition, where the statutory requirements are present, you have the right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR) and a right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR) of your personal data.

Provided the data processing is based on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. e) or lit. f) GDPR, you have a right to object in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR. Insofar as you object to data processing, this shall cease in future, unless the controller can substantiate compelling, legitimate reasons for continued processing which outweigh the data subject’s interest for objection.

If you yourself provided the data processed you have a right to data portability in accordance with Art. 20 GDPR.

If the data processing is based on the basis of consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. a) or Art. 9 (2) lit. a) GDPR you may rescind consent at any time with future effect without affecting the legality of the previous processing.

In the previously mentioned cases, in the event of unanswered questions, or in the event of complaints please contact the (Chief) Privacy Officer in writing, or via e-mail.

In addition you have a right to complain to a Data Protection Supervisory Authority. The Data Protection Supervisory Authority of the Federal Sate in which you live, or in which the controller has its headquarters, is the relevant authority.
