High level service description

STACKIT Git will help the Customer to control and manage software versions while empowering parallel software collaboration. It offers version control, enabling developers to track changes, revert previous versions and work on different branches simultaneously. STACKIT Git facilitates teamwork through features like pull requests, issue tracking, and integrated discussions. It provides easy, secure and streamlined project management. This enables improved collaboration and more efficient development cycles.

Service Plans

Customer can order STACKIT Git subscription plan with a set capacity and usage.

Metric

• Billing per hour started, commences upon deployment of each commissioned Git instance, with charges accruing from the moment the instance is live.
• The Git instance is billed irrespective of usage levels, providing a predictable and stable cost structure for Customer’s organization.

SLA Specifics

• The provisions of the STACKIT Cloud general Service Description apply to the availability of STACKIT Git.
• STACKIT Git is considered available as long as the API and configuration interface are accessible at the service delivery point.
• To minimize disruptions, maintenance work that requires service interruption will be announced in advance and scheduled during a designated maintenance window, typically at 7PM CET, to minimize impact on users (“planned maintenance work”). Planned maintenance work shall be treated as excluded events according to Service Description.

Backup

The service is automatically backed up to the STACKIT Cloud at intervals set by STACKIT in accordance with the general STACKIT Cloud Service Description. The customer cannot change the timing of backups.

Additional Terms

• Updates of STACKIT Git are scheduled and performed automatically.
• Monitoring of the available memory and the performance KPIs will be managed by STACKIT.
• Initial disk size will remain unalterable.
